Synopsis
On a rainy night in 1946 London, novelist Maurice Bendrix unexpectedly runs into Henry Miles, the husband of his former lover, Sarah, who abruptly ended their affair two years ago. This chance encounter reignites Bendrix’s obsession with Sarah, fueling his jealousy and prompting him to hire a private investigator to follow her.
