Synopsis
After her teenage son’s tragic death, Manuela journeys from Madrid to Barcelona to reach out to the father her son never met. Along the way, she reconnects with an old friend—a bold transgender sex worker—and forms bonds with a troubled actress and a pregnant nun living with HIV.
